It's not as affective on the treadmill because you can't slow down fast enough to rest, and start up again. You lose too much time to the belt gaining speed.

Try it on the bike Kenny but you have to go hardcore. It kicks your ass.

that's true.. but you can always give yourself enough time to make up the lost time on the belt..
