It's not that bad for me. I just started about a month ago. lol!

Felt like I was really getting out of shape. And getting older, my metabolism is slowing down. Don't want to be fat. lol!

i do it bc i like to drink, something has to give either i drink and not work out and be fat, or go and work out..
