275 PSSs dont even grip that spectacular in the rear with a 2.8 tune, sometimes get wheelspin from a 50 mph roll.

I just found this out today on 275 mpss in rear too. I used Andrew's no downtime tune upgrade option and went for a spin tonight. I'll have a better feel after tomorrow, but so far definitely less smoke than stage 2 and just a bit more punch. Winter should be "fun" with 225 snows

I wouldn't even use the word fun as sarcasm... enjoy not being able to pass anybody faster than a 2008 Honda Civic.

I had no issues last year on stage 2 with 225 sized snows unless I intentionally wanted to break loose. So if you are an experienced driver and know the limits of your equipment, you should know better than to lay on the skinny pedal without performance tires under you.

If you have a 2008 civic (stock), I'll gladly meet up with you on the LIE...summer or winter on my snow tires. That said, I have much respect for you on the dragstrip and know very well you can handle a car.

past few days activities:

Catted ATM DP, ATM Intercooler, Harmonic Balancer & Belts, Top turbo oil line, replaced all vacuum lines, diff fluid, tranny service and fuel filter.

Not sure if it was the balancer or vacuum lines but car is noticeably smoother and no longer have vibration from 70-80mph.

I had my windshield replaced using my insurance. Used Safelite and they installed an OE windshield, same exact part number as the factory with the rain sensors already included. Everything was good until the technician ripped and tore the top of my steering wheel. I was so pissed. Called Geico, and arranged to meet with the shop manager of the where the Safelite tech is based from to evaluate the damage and see how it can be repaired. Argh. What a PITA.

Not today, but over the past week but in permanent lugs, AEM meth system, VSRF intercooler (iaknowns first), and got the BPC stage 1 tune. Wanted to keep emissions in tact.

I'd smile, but it's Hard to smile when your cheeks get pressed back on a 4th gear pull.

Yeah, same here. Been very pushy with myself to get some numbers. Sometime this month I will be on a Mustang dyno and Il post that as well.

Installed Ohlins Road & Track coilovers. Well, the shop actually did the installation. It replaced the AC Schnitzer M3 Sports Springs and JRZ RS1 dampers. Also put a new set of Michelin PSS on.

Track car?
No. I have done HPDE in the past, but likely not in the future. Am a retired older guy who still prefers a well-handling vehicle over raw power.

Did you go with the 3.08 or 3.15 rear ratio?
