sorry for hijacking the thread, but I got a question..

I have an e89 z4 on order and is interested in getting these for my car. Since the z4 also uses the h8 bulbs, I assume these will work fine and is a direct plug and play?

Very interested in ordering. However, read about people experiencing errors with early 2007 build. Anymore info on that?

They still going to be available for Nov. 15?

Please let me know how much it would be shipped to Toronto, ON. Do you know if I would have to pay duties? OR if anyone else that ordered these from toronto did you have to pay duties

i just received a reply from mark about error codes, and he told me he never thought that early build e92s had error code issues. He hasn't gotten any comments about that from the buyers

I just placed my order for the LUX 8 just right now. Can't wait till it arrives. Hopefully when I get my car in about 3 to 4 weeks, I will have the LUX bulbs ready.

I just spoke with the manufacturer MDS and the LUX H8s will be finished being built this week. We will have them ready to ship out next week here at our Connecticut location. Thank you again to everyone for being so patient and we'll be in touch next week with tracking numbers!

the e90 pre-lci is the 2006-2008 year build.
the e09 LCI is the 2009+ current build.
they have a different design and many of the parts are different, including the headlights

Is it mandatory to cut the plastic piece off in order to install the LUX8 for LCIs? Would it fit properly if I don't cut it? Thanks!
