Paid US$44,000 (MSRP is $45,440, Edmund's TMV is ~$44,300), purchase not lease. Thought I got a pretty good deal until I saw this thread. |

Sounds great to me. Is the dealer giving you the matts or anything else like tinted windows, tips or pedals?

Guys need advice here.
I'm in Chicago area and so far my deal is invoice + DAG/MACO ($250) + profit ($1000) + tax + license ($143) + doc ($57.33). I was expecting to pay about $800 to $1000 over invoice but I missed the MACO part. Should MACO be part of the profit or cost for the dealer? So if I go with this am I really $1250 over invoice or $1000? Thanks. |

Fairly well loaded 330i:
Total cost including financing = $46,700-ish 330i Euro Delivery Monaco Blue Metallic Black Leather Silver Trim Premium / Sport / Cold Packages iDrive (I actually like it) Sirius Radio Park Distance Control Trunk Tray / Floor Mats Aluminum Sport Pedals ------------------------- $42,155 (delivery incl) Tax = $2740 Title + Licence = about $100 No additional fees (MACO, etc) Downpayment = $500 Essentially, about $2125 off MSRP on top of the ED discount. Really, I got $800 off MSRP, Free alum pedals, trunk tray and floormats. Then the dealer "bought down" the rate from the 2.9% March special to 1.9%, thus saving me another $1175 on financing charges. Granted, with the Euro Delivery trip (2 weeks in Italy), I'll spend another $5000 on the trip and souvenirs. |

330i
Sapphire Black w/Terra Sport Premium Step Cold Weather Sat Prep Summer and winter floor mats included MSRP 43,920 Invoice 40,255 Paid 41,390 According to Edmunds people are paying 42,095 in my area without floor mats. I am happy with it. It all depends on where you live to get a deal. Some areas have more inventory than others and some can't keep 3's in stock at all. The car has a build date within 7 days according to the dealer. |

Tell them the 2007s will be coming out soon. $37,780-$38,280 would be a good price ($500-$1,000 over INVOICE). http://www.edmunds.com/new/2006/bmw/....html?action=2 Work from DEALER INVOICE UP! Also, consider heated seats for $455. I like your options. Also, get them to throw in floor mats, key chains, valve stem covers and a full tank of gas. I wouldn't go over $39,000 ($39,500 if I had to) with the heated seats and throw ins. Gook Luck! Let us know how you make out.

Hello Everyone.
I have finally joined the ranks of BMW drivers. Here is my deal. 330i 6 spd Manual Alpine White w/Black Interior and Aluminum trim Sport Pkg Premium Pkg Navigation Heated Seats Comfort Access 36month lease/10k mi. $504 per month with taxes and fees upfront - total of about $3300. I am paying $1500 over invoice. Let me first thank this board for all the advice and useful resources. In the NY/LI area it was a battle to even get the $1500 over invoice price. They have ordered the car which has a build completion date of April 21st. I am coming from a Lexus IS300 5spd w/Nav (my favorite car of all time) and can't wait to see how the Bimmer matches up. I actually had a deposit down on an IS250 special order 5spd w/Nav - but the dealership started dicking around on the price and when all was said and done, the Lexus was going to end up running me the identical price of the Bimmer and the Bimmer retails for around $7k more than the Lexus. Talk about a no-brainer. That's my story - I look forward to participating on the boards and will certainly post pics once my car comes in - hopefully by mid-May! Thanks Ian |

Does any one know if its possible to get it at invoice or even lower than invoice if you walk in with a breif case of cash to buy the car. From what I've heard, dealers in california seem to kuz the price as you increase the amount of cash ur putting in up front... any ideas?
