I hope it's for the original GB price... if it's closer to retail thenI seriously don't know if I want in on this one. That Meisterschaft is mighty tempting...

Hello Bav, we know you are extremely busy. There are so many people on this forum and the few of us who respect your work and products do deserve an update. Please respond.

Thank you. I know you are all very anxious and want updates as often as possible. As of right now we have, no lie, 14 deposits. A couple of members said they were going thru difficult times and had to hold back for now.

I'm guessing other members are just waiting to see the feedback on the first batch. We have been VERY busy, you are right, as much with this product as with our others.

I know we said we needed a minimum of 20 to keep the price as low as it is right now, however, we have found other alternatives. Why? Because even though we deserve having the minimum 20 out of the 80+ that signed up, we also know that you who have paid also deserve an intake. And let's be honest here, we keep our side of the bargain no matter what.

Basically what I want to tell you all is that the GB WILL happen, at all costs, even if we only have these 14 deposits, and we will keep the price at $799, because YOU deserve it. You 14 who kept your word.

There is a slight drawback on this though, because the price will remain the same, we have to cut our cost in order to at least break even. We certainly WILL NEVER cut cost on our quality, that is the #1 priority, so what we have to do is slow down process time by having less workers work on them. I am explaining this to you so you can understand how it is that we will keep the costs low, the drawback is that it will take the operator(s) more time to make the intakes. But if you have the patience that we have had, and continue to have the one that YOU have had, then we can all pull through this together, and be a part of this excellent product.

We thank you all for your support, and I will do my best to keep you updated as much as it is NECESSARY. thank you.

Although we appreciate your support, this quote was taken from another thread regarding a different product.

Thanks

Thanks

Thanks for the update Bav.

Seeing as the price will remain the same for the product, I'll definitely be IN for the first batch, despite the wait.

Thanks for keeping it real and being upfront about the now necessary delay, due to the lower than anticipated GB sign-ups.

Please please PLEASE just give us a real and definite timeline so that we are not completely in the dark as to when we will receive our intakes.

Again, much appreciated for the update Bav.

Thanks Bav for the update. Looking forward to the intake. I will be moving from Chicago to Arizona in the middle of December. Do you think you will need a new address or will they be done by then? I know I am last on the list but I don't want to leave one place when you might have shipped it already. Thanks

Bavdom will give you the answers, but I suspect it is yes for all three questions.

1) We need more people for the group buy.
2) We have been told the engine bays are exact and it works for sedan and coupe.
3) It is very near stock dimensions.

I am really surprised that with 80+ who showed interest we can't even get 15 to commit with a deposit.
