Good morning everyone! Having a better day today, got 8,5 hours of sleep last night. Although broke a nail this morning on car door

Need to get acrylic nails again.

I want new wheels. 19". Any suggestions or recommendations? Have some extra money lying around and don't know where to put it so I think wheels would be a good place to start from. 2000 bucks or a bit more I can spend.

Gout - Topic Overview

What is gout?

Gout is a kind of arthritis. It can cause an attack of sudden burning pain, stiffness, and swelling in a joint, usually a big toe. These attacks can happen over and over unless gout is treated. Over time, they can harm your joints, tendons, and other tissues. Gout is most common in men.

What causes gout?

Gout is caused by too much uric acid in the blood. Most of the time, having too much uric acid is not harmful. Many people with high levels in their blood never get gout. But when uric acid levels in the blood are too high, the uric acid may form hard crystals in your joints.

Your chances of getting gout are higher if you are overweight, drink too much alcohol, or eat too much meat and fish that are high in chemicals called purines. Some medicines, such as water pills (diuretics), can also bring on gout.

This explains my knee

i must still be asleep. i thought i read that you saw him at the gym. forget the work environment relationship. never works out and if things do go sour its always uncomfortable.

Now Dr. Lana what are your symptoms for gout. Do your toes hurt when even a bed sheet touches them. My dad had gout and the Dr. told him to cut certain foods out like shrimp for example

Lana, I just noticed on the Bear Mountain thread that you didn't post where in Garden State Plaza we will all be meeting at.

I think we should all meet at the Best Buy there. That's where we usually meet up.
