well dr lana is certainly right about her diagnosis. or webmd's diagnosis. but yes drink lots of water and if im not mistaken cranberry juice might help but im might be wrong on that.

Ya. I dont drink enough and I really abused my body during my vaca. I NEED to get back on track. I was gonna join the gym in the city but I dunno.

This dood I worked with had it, he claimed the only thing that worked when he had an attack was his medication..whatever that was...

well ive only been a chubbie for a year or two so hopefully it wont be reoccurring once i finally get myself in check

so does this mean we can go work out at least once. i wont look at the 43 especially if we just walk at 4 mph on the treadmill for 60 mins.
