I did end up keeping the tips, but we'll see for how long...the A&L guys polished em down so theyre pretty clean, but not perfect...I might not notice really though and for the price I paid..

worst case if I dont like it, I can have it removed, and sell it for a bit more than I bought it for since I went through and cleaned the thing up, polished it and fixed up the tips, might replace them if I sell it or at least show pics of the tips so the buyer knows theyre not perfect
coolness... but don't count on me for any deliveries

i don't care about your reasons... fix it now. Thats how the contests work 2 week submission, 1 week voting. its not the picture of the month, its the photo contest that goes in 3 week cycles.

don't question the Godfather or you'll be sleeping with tha fishes.... get me?

3 weeks + 1 week vote...seems people are having some trouble with the topic @ hand

live with it, its not THAT awful...1 extra week for a tough subject?

alex, I'm not trying to be a dick here... but I'm serious about you changing it.

1. I've done over 35 of these things, stick to what works.
2. The extra time might be nice for 1 or 2 people but I guarantee you, that last week you will only see 1-2 entries at most... it's happened many times over on my other forums, we add extra time but the people we are waiting for never end up submitting. Its a waste of time so just keep things moving... those who are motivated enough to go shoot new pics will do it in the time allowed... and even though it'd be nice if everyone went out to shoot new stuff, it rarely ever happens that way.

neb what's the fastest way to put on wax. I usually just spray a section let it sit then clean it off. any more efficent way of doing it?

what wax are you using to spray on?

i apply by hand and let sit for 2 hours then remove with a couple of microfibers

Alright. I need your guys' input on the mod I've been going back and forth on for a while, a new tune. I sold my SSTT over the winter and am now looking for a more serious tune. My choices:
  • Vishnu V3 RevII
  • Pros - User customizeable to get most gain out of mods
  • Cons - Most expensive, Customizing and uploading maps a hassle?
  • JB3
  • Pros - Automatically adjusts for mods, affordable
  • Cons - Some dyno results make me question hardware performance as curves are choppy
  • LET Flash
  • Pros - Flash is undetectable so no need to get under hood for removal or installation, customizable for mods, Can get this done locally!
  • Cons - R&D is still being done to get more power, not as much performance as other piggybacks at same boost levels.

What are your thoughts?
