Well usually, you will have to send them your unit back first and then they will send you the replacement.

But since most of us know Marc, if we have any issues, he will send us a new unit first and then we can send him the defective one.

yea but to them they dont know its defective til they receive it. i could call and be like oh my unit doesnt turn on at all and really it does wait for a new one and then take both and not hear from them. there just protecting themselves, but still its better to buy the LUX. UMINITZA sucks balls

D'uh... I know that! It's those stupid company's that don't know that.



Once you get a replacement, I say sell them and get the LUX. You're probably going to have problems with them again in the future and once the warranty runs out, you're going to be SOL!

I've had my LUX for a long... time and have no issues/problems so far. Plus, I know if I do, Marc will take care of it for me.
