my mother owns an eye glass store. My company distributes instruments for ophthalmic surgery (eye surgery). We sell instruments for cataract, glaucoma, retinal, LASIK, PRK, RK, corneal transplant etc etc. and now im getting some investors to put in capital to launch a product called disposable iris retractors. Hopefully this pans out. And Im getting a national contract through a GPO (group purchasing organization) for a small business that will make selling much easier.

We will start paying our sales reps a small salary plus a 15% commission
