I saw my DW toss some sort of beef into the incubator (crock pot) from a local farm this morning, along with some veggies from a different local farm. Never mind that it's Thanksgiving in the USA, and the rest of the country is sitting down to the traditional feast of turkey and all of the fixings.

Beef. It's what's for [Thanksgiving] dinner....

This year's menu includes: Turkey Roulade with Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Cranberries, Sweet Potato and Kale Cinnamon Pasta, Sweet Potato Casserole, with Cookies, Pecan Pie (w/ Homemade Whipped Cream), Cranberry and Pumpkin Bread for desert.

Crock pot chuck from the local beef farm, with carrots and okra. No stuffing, potatoes, bread, pasta, or other carbs. No pie, cake, or other dessert. Washed it all down with plain seltzer. Somebody *please* put me out of my misery!!!!!
