Thank you, and oh yes it is! I went to my local BMW indie before I knew for sure it was an oil pan gasket leak. They told me that this was not a driveway job... I took the risk anyway lol. I did the valve cover gasket earlier this month and figured that I'd tackle this job myself as well. So glad I did, saved about $1000 in labor.

I just took my car in to get the O2 Sensor changed in Bank 1 but while my friend had it up on the lift he noticed that some cables or wires leading to the Sensor (I haven't seen it yet, he will provide pics later) were supposedly cut.
I hadn't taken my vehicle to anyone other than the STEALership prior to then so I'm not sure why some cables/wires would be cut and by who. From the sound of what he told me, it could be that I was being sabotaged by the STEALership in order to get more business out of me for them to make money. All I know is that no cables or wires were ever cut prior to me taking it to BMW. We will see.....................TBC (to be continued)......................

Several on YouTube. Pretty straight-forward and easy enough. Remove old gasket (I used a non-marring trim tool), clean glass and channel well, start at the top corners when you are putting on the new gasket and work your way around. Took me less than 45 minutes start to finish. Good luck.

Took the 335i to the dealership for a recall. Was also almost a hundred percent sure I had some fuel injector problems (extended warranty 10yrs/120k) and took the gamble to have them look into that. Got a call saying there were issues with the injectors, the HPFP, plugs (I figured as much with the faulty injectors) and the low pressure fuel sensor. Injectors and HPFP free because of the warranty. Plugs $125 and not charging labor due to the injectors. Being lazy with the plugs. Figured since I'm not paying for labor I'll let them do it. They wanted almost $600 for parts and labor on the sensor, so I told them no on that one. I'm not that lazy and will diy that. Now I'm driving a 2016 228xi convertible as a loaner. Not a fan. Want my car back.

Took my steering column out Saturday to lubricate the U-Joints and replace the torx bolts (one was missing and lost steering at one point :/ yikes). Over clocked my clock spring so will be replacing that tonight

Damn. Don't do an alignment if the rest of our suspension needs to be updated. Can you just move up the timeline for replacing those parts? I would rather rent something than pay for alignment twice. Sorry man.

Window regulator failure (I'm guessing) on the rear pass. Heard some wind noise coming tried to roll it up, wouldn't, rolled down a bit, thing continued to sink like a punctured dinghy. :/ This was at, like, midnight. Had to run and get the 135i to avoid rain the next morning
