as a matter of fact!!! call your SA tell him there a car at PARK AVE just the way you want it, you need ur deposit back and your goin to buy the car at Park ave! you will notify BMWNA for the lack of professionalism you had to deal!

Jerry, call up your CA now and tell him that you spoke to other dealers and they all said that the paperwork can be filled out before the car even arrives. This way when the car arrives, you just have to sign and drive. lol!

When will you release Jerry’s car already. The poor kid has been waiting for months. Are you going to release it Monday because Sat is a busy day for you and therefore you don’t want to miss any opportunity to sell a car? Do you forget about your clients once they sign the paperwork? I ordered my car from Life Quality however since my brother in law just picked up his car from Ralley 2 weeks ago and his sales rep was Jonathan Strahl that’s who will be getting my business. At least Jonathan kept my brother in law in the loop the entire time and didn’t play these games with him
