Honestly, we all know that he should be able to pick up his car this Saturday. You should do the right thing and let him have his car this Saturday. We all know it's possible. And if he doesn't get his car this Saturday, that will mean bad publicity for your dealership and yourself. As you know, we are a tight knit community and we usually purchase cars from word of mouth. This is in no way a threat, but just want you to know how we feel. And would really appreciate it if you can process his car and release it to him this Saturday.
