Joe, this has nothing to do with the ALLEGED scam that could be happening regarding the bumpers. Please don't be naive. We are saying that Andrey may be the guy who registered the website and has taken everyone's money. Are you able to tell us more about Andrey? Is this his company or are there lots of employees? Do you even know his last name?

Yea I could care less about Andrey at this point. Maybe he is clueless as well if he isn't this Eli or Ilir figure. That fact that MME is registered to a known scammer is enough for me. Maybe Andrey is in fact Eli, or it's a brother or business partner who knows. But I'm not wasting any more time to get back my hard earned thousand dollars.

Smelt too fishy to me that they started the E92 group buy when they didn't even fulfill their E90 orders yet.

Well, I just asked for a refund on the E92 1M Bumper/Lip

Not a direct result of the current issues over in the E90 1M thread & I really would have liked to see this on my 328, but repair costs don't warrant me keeping that car at this point...

Decided to go with the CPO M6 V10 Vert as I posted earlier- since I will no longer have the 328, no reason for the bumper

Andrey stated numerous times in these threads that he provides refunds with 'no questions asked' and he has afforded refunds to others.

Hopefully he comes thru, but if I don't hear from him in next couple days with refund - I'll be filing a claim with PP & my CC company since I still have 2 weeks left on the 45 days.

If/when Andrey makes good on his promise - I'll be sure to let ya all know one way or the other

+3, Filed a dispute as well. I'm very disappointed, as MME was providing a decent solution to pre-LCIers that wanting a 1M look in which I was looking forward in putting it on my car. Unfortunately the lack of communications & updates (regardless if its related to the 1M bumper or personal life events) is very worrying.

I'm late on this thread, I hadn't been following but I'm glad I came back to check on updates. I followed suit and filed a claim this morning. When I went to file it immediately escalated the claim. I was within the 45 day period. I haven't read through everything yet, but hopefully that's not the case that this was a scam. If it does turn out that he has a legitimate reason for disappearing, I'm still interested in going through with purchase of a bumper. Not sure what could be the reason for falling off the face of the earth though.

I emailed & PM'd Andrey for a refund due to other circumstances earlier this week, haven't received a reply, so I also filed a dispute with PP.

And yes, PayPal system immediately escalated the Dispute to a Claim due to 'Seller not available for reply'

I am going to do the same. This is just rediculous that MME has this much of the forums customer's money and they will not keep the thread up to date or respond to inquiries.

I understand there may not be anything to update, or that a lot of people are asking the same questions, but that is what happens when you run a business. There should be a point of contact and with how many individuals there are that set up this group buy, for all of them to be out on vacation or unavailable, plus the history of the guy that owns the business or domain or whatever the case is, things just seem fishy and there are too many red flags.

And just filed mine. Hopefully PayPal will see a trend with the MME account and start approving the claims more quickly than what it usually takes. I didn't mind putting up the money and waiting but with the holidays and a new puppy, I'll just spend the money elsewhere unless another 1m LCI bumper comes about
