Sorry to hear about the mix up. Now you will have to make the crown yourself instead of sending it to a lab.

I don't now how different the two options are. If the integration of the dealer installed option is good, I wouldn't worry about it.

Did you pick up the car? How did your delivery go?

You're right, the reflectors DO need to go!!! My reflectors are in my garage, patiently waiting for the car LOL!!!

Looks great. Glad to see all the Courage people getting their cars! What is the mod list looking like? I think the painted reflectors will make a big cosmetic diifference on your Black Sa. They require a little patience to remove with a hair dryer but pretty quick to complete.

Sorry it took so long to get to you guys, but I have been non-stop reading and learning about the navigation and all it's functions. Anyway, the momment I saw the car at the dealership and realized that I would be driving that car home, I couldn't care less about the iPod hook-up. I will have pics as soon a possible. The car looks sooo sweet! As far as the iPod, apparently it was ordered but at the factory they hooked up the wire harness behind the dash and they are mailing the rest of the hook-up to the dealership since the parts were on back-order. I made him swear that he ordered the 6FL option. He said this will be an usb hookup that can't normally be installed at the dealership? Whatever... I'm just glad to have the car. I don't use an iPod anyway, but was planning on buying one. It's hard to get mods done b/c the car looks so good, but I will be having tint put on this friday. I'll have some pics for you all after that for sure.

I'll put up pics of my ride tomorrow after I get the reflectors and angel eye bulbs changed+car wash(Did you guys notice how much frickin brake dust this car makes????).

Here are a couple of interior shots. It was hard to get a good representation of the grey poplar, but it does not look as brown as it does in these photos. I need to figure out how to take better pictures.

As for the reflectors, I am waiting to see if longtran has another group buy. His most recent one just ended.

1.I should be getting the tint done (Pinnacle 35% side and rear) in the next week or so.

2.I ordered the aluminum footrest and pedals and leather short shift knob.

3.I am going to try to install my aftermarket sirius in the car with the existing sharkfin antenna, aux input, and sunglass compartment (just ordered).

Procede (don't now if I need it, this car has a lot of power already), Strut Bar, M6 reps (which I fell in love with thanks to the great pics from Scottp999), black shadowline trim (expensive from what I hear), and a rear spoiler/lip when I find one that I like (possibly m3 replica??).

All have to say is this car is amazing. The power is unbelievable. After driving in an Xterra for 7 years, this car makes driving fun again. :rocks:

It is well worth the wait. I am so happy I decided to order this car even though it was an 8 wk wait. What is the status on your car?

Oh yeah....I already got my first error: DSC malfunction on the second day of driving it. It came and went for a while and it was gone for the past hour or so of driving and hopefully it will stay that way. Otherwise its going in for service.

Hopefully the ipod situation works out.

I am trying to read and learn about the idrive, and the car in general too. There is a lot to learn. The Comfort Access is taking me a little time getting used to also.

Last I heard Thursday they had completed the repairs to the small scratch on the front bumper..

BTW longtran is running another reflector deal again.

Awesome to hear from some more happy people! The m6 reps are incredible. Anyone that chooses them won't be disappointed and when someone in a civic asks if those are M6 wheels, atleast you will know they are knowledgeable about Beamers (happened to me the first time I went to a gas station).

The only difference between our cars are PDC, heated seats, and 6FL. Good luck with it.

Still waiting on mine.

The CA keeps telling me "it will be in tomorrow" and it never comes. Called the 1-800 # and they told me to talk to the dealer. It's been a week since it left New York.

Anyone else still waiting on their car?

It was dropped off in NY and it hasn't made it to the dealer yet? Something doesn't seem right. I think all of the NY drop offs have made it, and most of the charleston drop offs made it. I would look into this more. Maybe it is there and the dealer doesn't realize it. It wouldn't be the first time I heard of that.
