Sorry to hear of your troubles....

Do you have a purchase order and receipt showing what you ordered and that it is paid in full?

Has your check/payment cleared your bank? If not, I would not be as concerned as impatient, but easy for me to say sitting here.......

These documents will be critical if it gets to the point that you go to court, but I doubt that you will have to do so.

I would try walking up the customer service chain until you get some action. Be polite, but firm.

Sounds like poor customer service to me more than anything.....

Also, I would add a little extra time for your transaction due to the number of players/countries involved. It is a bit more complex than most car purchases..

Happy New Year everyone! Had a new year's eve party at my place and must've taken at least 7 people out for a test drive (upon request!) In other words, the evening was a blast for me!

-4 degrees w/ wind chill at the moment. My car's staying in the garage today.

As far as mileage... I'll shoot for the lowest (140 mi) as I drove the car to the suspension place, sat there for 3 days, then drove it to the body shop... hopefully have it by early next week so I can start racking up the miles.

I've got 2100+ miles on my car already (picked up 12/15/07). :]

I have approx a 35mi (one way) commute to a remote site 5 days a week. So I rack up the miles quickly. But I don't mind - I love driving my car (fast especially on some private toll road portions).

I got Venture Shield installed so I have much greater piece of mind on these long commutes. I definitely want to improve the suspension though because it feels a bit too mushy or like a boat sometimes.

Just finished the alarm install. It took 45 min. I'm still thinking about the Dinan mod (warranty won't be voided)
