I got a quote for my brother in law at ralley for his Z4 and then came back a few days later with my brother in law. We waiting 40 min's for the original CA. We got so annoyed that they gave us someone different. So he prices out the lease and it comes out to be $40.00 more a month than what we were quoted for because he didnt apply certain discounts.

I told him another CA gave us $380.00 and your are giving us $420.00 a month. He said no one would give us that price and we were dreaming. So we walked away and as we were leaving we see Jonathan the original CA. He asked what were we doing and I told him we waited 40 min's and then went to see someone else because he never answered his pages. Jonathan said he was at his desk alone the entire time. Anyway we go upstairs and he gives us $380 which was the correct residual, MF and discounts. The other asshole raised the MF, lowered the residual and didnt apply all the rebates or discounts. We signed on the spot and walked past the other guy. He had this stupid smile on his face as we passed him. right as we were about to walk out the front door I told my brother in law to give me his paperwork and ide be right back. I went upstairs and said buddy you just lost an easy sale cause you were greedy. I showed his what he was paying and his eyes just opened wide. I said hope you have a nice day and dont sell any cars today LOL
