OK...just got off the phone with the sales manager after he gave me the shipping transcript, here is the deal:

The car arrived at port on: 6/17
The car is expected to clear customs and relased for processing on: 6/20
The expected shipping date is: 6/21
The car is expected to arrive at Rallye: 6/22 (Sorry Jerry)
The manager said it takes them 3 days after arrival to deliver the car, I asked him if he could make it 1.

All these dates are expected and not guaranteed.


I have no idea if this timeline is fair, I know the 3 day thing is certainly flexible.

I explained the confusion started with lack of communication by the CA as well as the 6/14 arrival date via the BMW tracking site.

I know this is not the outcome we were hoping for, but at least we have the real answer.
