I got tired of the cracked and faded trunk lip the PO installed so I pulled it off, cleaned the tape residue and ordered a CF lip.

Replaced oem brake fluid with ATE Type 200, and adjusted front camber to -2.0.

Finally flashed the Alpina B3 TCU.

Installed LCI tail lights and had some coding done by BimmerGeeks He set up the software and had it coded in less than 10mins.

Painted rear rotor hubs black because they looked like s^&t
Re-plastidip front grill
Clay bar entire car, paint and windows
Wash, Wax
Vacuum and detail inside

Oh wait, battery died. $195 battery and $119 labor to register battery? I think I'll pass. Trickle charging now.

slapped on new front tires, replaced all spark plugs (gapped at .025) and coils after getting harsh misfires. Runs great

Ordered the rear bushing replacement tool. Should be delivered this week and that will be the last thing I need to disassemble the rear end.
