I will be most probably driving to south NJ tomorrow evening to meet FiberOptix, he has some stuff to my car that I ordered from him. Hopefully I will be able to put those on the car in the evening and then bright and early in the morning I will start driving north. So I will probably meet some of the guys at the GSP exit 139 McDonalds rest area place, the one Scott organized, and then join that group.

Might even be able to convince FiberOptix (TeeJay) to drive with me. He almost promised today.

Oh yeah, good morning everyone What are you guys doing today?

I'm just woke up and jumped into my gym gear, planning to start the day with some iron pumping! Then back home, eat breakfast / lunch / brunch what ever it is called that time of day, then do the pink stripes to my hair (I think that won the poll but just barely) and need to do my nails as well...

And then pack my stuff and head off to FiberOptix' place in Cape May Court House, NJ. Need to call him and confirm though. He's weird...

And tomorrow I will see you guys!

Just got back from gym. My upper back is killing me, I hope I can move tomorrow. I don't know why I have to take everything so seriously, like going to the gym, always have to do everything 100% and bigger weights every time... And then I am exhausted when I'm done.

I did upper back, biceps and chest today. My favorite workout is shoulders. And you can see that when you look at me... A "friend" once said that I need to work on my shoulders, because if my shoulders would be bigger it would create an optical illusion of my ass being smaller

But that is not why I like to work out shoulders, I just like it because you can see fast results on shoulders.

Sometimes less is more, be careful with your shoulders. If you hurt your rotator cuff by lifting excessive weight your gunna be unable to lift anything for a while.
