well, it's my "monday".. just catching up wit people that got back from vacation.. we're all talking about the nightmare of a weekend we had at work.. i had 86 chats wit customers on saturday.. it was non-stop from 9 am to 4:30.. usually saturday is a 40-50 customer day but people just didnt stop coming in for help.. thats what happens when ur off in this economy and you have nothing better to do then to make an e-mail address

My brother does tech support, I don't have the time to deal with annoying customers. I'd easily tell them how stupid they are and curse them off LOL.

I open new accounts at a company called FX Solutions -- Foreign Currency Exchange (like stocks but with foreign currency). Most of our clients are Chinese and Middle Eastern and to put it nicely, they aren't very bright.
