Only a $69 processing fee - so they aren't going to try to gouge you with some $1,000 processing fee. I have not bought from them but their Ebay scores look decent.
I've been keeping an eye on this one via cars.com. Apparently the dealer is really shitty. Still watching it tho

Xenons $2k
Euro alcantara seats and door panels and headliner $3500 with shipping from europe

On top of buying the car for over $20k all in, granted low mileage and 1 prior owner. In hindsight I would have been better off buying a factory msport from EAG two years ago for $35k!
I can absolutely attest to this... I'm doing a full interior conversion on my E91 as well, almost complete. However, I decided to go custom and retrofitted E90 M3 Palladium Silver Novilio leather. And, I'm doing an M sport conversion as well as beige to two tone (black base), so I'm literally swapping EVERY interior part from the windshield to the taillights. Huge project... build thread coming soon.

Agree 100%. Its always a bigger process than one thinks, but its fun and worth it!

I want to make a build thread but here are a few teasers.
Car looks great Bill!!

does anyone have experience retrofitting xenon headlights to a halogen based car?

I bought and installed the xenons. Took it to the dealer to have them do the rewire as per the DIY i found on here. They "weren't allowed to do that but were permitted do follow the official retrofit procedure as per BMW which includes replacing the FRM, and coding it. So a 1 hours wire splicing turned into $1300 that i agreed to pay to have it 'done right'!

After that was done, i received a call that they magically needed to do the wire splicing part of the job and it would cost an extra $350. Magically now they can touch the wiring, but they couldn't do that before me spending an unnecessary $1300.

I receive another call that they are working as they should but flicker as if they are wired directly to the alternator. They sort of said tough luck we don't have a solution. I pushed back and found some content here about a capacitor requirement. They said if i buy the capacitors and pay them for more labor they will wire them in, but won't guarantee it will solve the flickering.

Can anyone help me here? I don't want to keep throwing more money to them and still potentially not have this resolved.

Why would you trust a place like a dealer to retrofit xenons, 1600 into a conversion any knowledgeable local guy would have happily done for 200

Definitely would have used an independent. Performing that type of retrofit isn't something they do very often and the tech is learning on your dime it sounds like.

I retrofitted OEM non-adaptive/self leveling Euro headlights to my E82 several years ago and there were two options:

1. Follow the BMW retrofit guide, get an FRM+ (or max, can't remember exactly) if you don't have one, code FRM to xenon. Use the BMW retrofit harness, repin a couple items on the headlight connector and FRM, namely adding a ground for the xenon. Add and wire up self leveling system.

2. Add a ground to the headlight plugs, use a warning cancel resister for low beam. Additionally, bridge wiring to enable bi-xenon high beam

I went route 2 as BMW had discontinued the retrofit harness by the time I started my retrofit.

The flickering most likely means it's not coded correctly. Adding a warning canceler or coding the FRM correctly prevents the flickering.

Thanks for the feedback. I’ve tried a bunch of resources and no one has time. The xenons fried my frm because they wouldn’t originally do the wiring, my window was stuck down in the NJ winter so I didn’t really have a choice....

Unfortunately, not loaded at all like their ad says. Looks nice with low miles but missing comfort access, Xenon lights, upgraded stereo etc...and it's oyster.
