to reseat your bios battery u need a small screwdriver. it looks like a giant watch battery. just take it out for 10 seconds, put it back in.

i have my cd, and i got into the recovery console but have no idea what to do in there. lol I was looking through the internet for this but got tired and went to bed.

It didn't look right as in, didn't look like the ram. I might have opened the wrong place.

My bro always did the hardware stuff for me

Now i guess its time to learn

Will have to look for the battery today

ram looks like this. it will be horizontal in your computer. there are two tabs on each side that u have to press down to release your ram.
