Started at middle of driver's side door, scratched and dented, scraped forward over length of front fender, scratched outside of headlight, bumper is scratched up and buckled under the headlight.
Mirror folded up surprisingly and only looks scratched. Wheel rash I almost avoided it, so it was fairly minor, although it touched a lot of panels. I'm fine, and thanks to the great state of Michigan, my insurance will cover my car (No fault). ![]() Your sleuthing is correct, all is well. Luckily the airbags didn't go off; I don't want Takata's Revenge coming for my throat. |

I seem to be pulling a Belgie tonight. Worked normal shift 6:30-4, then had to come back at 9 because planned power outage at 10. Power went out at 10:10, generator came on, I made sure things were OK and was about to leave then got an alarm for heat in the server room. Seems facilities still doesn't have the A/C on the generator. Got some fans in place, popped the top lid to let heat out the roof vent, and just as we are about done with that the generator stops. Rush over to server room because I only have about 7 minutes on the UPS to shut down all the servers.
Then I realize I forgot to un-notify my helper's phone for when the email is down 45 minutes. Try frantically to get a connection to disable it and still not sure if I did or not. Generator started up again, it's run longer than first time, so now heading home at 1:30 and have to be back at 6:30 to connect all the office equipment I shut down once SCE brings the power back at 6. |

Connect your bike to a generator and bridge the power bleed meanwhile...thats a cool idea, no?

RJ's are replaceable, 335s are a dying breed. Thankfully we have the technology to rebuild him...
RJ on the other hand.... ![]() F'rill though, sucks to hear man. Good ol MI no fault insurance. I'd do what Tonka said and start claiming back/neck issues...., maybe even hip dysplasia. Fuck it. |
