Before the winter started I was around 48bpm. I hope to be around the same soon since the weather has been great and I can actually go out and work out.

If the Dr. Tells u to have the surgery I would go talk to another Dr. and see what they tell you. Some of these Dr.s will tell u anything to make the money from the surgery.
