As someone who lives in culturally diverse Southern California, this kit from Costco was a disappointment... The only way I'd appreciate this is if I've never had pho in my life.

Also, the box was so big and misleading... The box was almost as big as a 15" laptop length-and-width-wise, so I figured it might be enough for me, my girl and her mom... But it turns out her mom made her lunch, but in a sense I'm glad I spared them since there definitely wasn't enough for everybody; it was a bag of broth, 6 tiny, mutilated meatballs; and 2 rice-bowl-sized portions of vacuum packed noodles when a much smaller box could've sufficed instead of visually jacking me off, and I still wasn't quite full after that.

Either way, learn from my failure folks.

Steamed broccoli (the last of it in the fridge, that's why there's a lot lol) with seared mahi-mahi seasoned with rosemary, and both adorned with fresh ground black pepper, Himalayan salt, paprika, and a hint of garlic powder.

I was introduced to this video and 5 Guys back in 2012 in La Jolla by a dear friend and absolutely love it. My schedule when Lent is over is lunch at 5 Guys and dinner at Ruth's Chris.

I gave up red meat.
