The results weren't even worthy of a bronze medal, but combined with drinking lots of water it did manage to get a little bit of movement going after several days of the recommended half cup serving.....

My whole life, I've been a first thing in the morning and possibly later on at night person.

I hate it. I fucking hate it. I hate it cuz I hate taking a shit, time could've utilized doing something else, lol. I could probably be assassinated pretty easily based on bowel movements. Oh, it's 9:30am? Sniper scopes the bathroom window.

My employee, 1045 every day. Since it's a single bathroom in our building, some of the ladies complained. He's in there for 15 minutes, make him go to another building. Sorry, YOU walk to the other building if the single is busy
