If anything I would take away the muffler and just add a resonator. Seems as though it's tame compared to some other exhaust out there.

I thought nothing was going to change except the clearance issue?

Exhaust arrived but didn't have a chance to put it on the car since the M4 is still on the lift, we're gonna try and get it fitted late tomorrow afternoon! I took a quick shot of just the piping, I'll post it in the AM.
