I agree. That is why I posted mileage in the title line.

2011 MSport Auto X in Wisconsin

Decided I am going to part with this 137k miles. Another poster here has right of first refusal based on PPI Monday next week but if he passes it's available first come with priority to less messing around and timing over price. Don't really have a firm ask but for reference I'm into it for $11k purchase plus, tax, etc. and a few bits like TPMS antenna, trunk struts and such. I'm willing to potentially pay some 'over-enthusiasm tax' for getting into it as an experiment to get my kid interested but at some $ point, I would just pull it off the active insurance and move it from home garage to less accessible work storage until I have time to tidy it up myself - Insurance impact and garage space being the main impetus for moving it on at this time.

Everyone has their own standards but by mine, this is certainly NOT top of the class compared to what I see on here regularly. I have no doubt it will clean up a lot nicer than it currently shows but it is up there in mileage and I have not much for documented history.

At minimum, needs;

Tires
Wheel refinishing
Headlight refinish
Alignment
Driveline fluids(no history of if/when done other than engine oil)
Cooling system investigation - nothing active wring bu again no history of if/when anything was done
Paint correction
Code for footwell module Passenger door hall sensor or heated mirror(window works fine)
Code 00A670 for roof module fogging sensor(windscreen is replacement so assume surface contact sensors bad)
Probable front bumper cover refinishing
Left rear pull up window shade
Thorough detail
Several interior body clips(battery compartment, etc.), outside cup holder face plate, factory tools
Comfort access not functional(neither handles nor keyless start) with CAS code 00A103

PM for details, video clips, etc.

Thanks. I'm a fan of the color. I was guessing high teens. Mid-teens and I'd keep it because I enjoy it. But high teens and I think it finds a new home and I put the funds toward an M2. I don't want to goto BaT because I lack the character attributes necessary to engage in BaT banter about things like "has the car even been driven at night, in the rain, or by a girl with loose morals" and so on.

Well if you don't want BaT be prepared to see it posted there a few months later by some well known flipper there lol

Taking in count auction site fees, is it worth it to sell there to get some extra money for the car?

That M2C is a tempting car. Especially because the current generation is nearing end of production soon.

Around 11k, this looks promising.
Aside from the modules, the rest doesn’t seem so bad.

Lol, yes I understand. It can test ones patience. Some questions are reasonable and others as you know, very much not.

I think not crazy miles, nice colors, sport seats, 3 pedal, no I-drive, high teens should not be a problem.

I think if I were you, list it here first with a few more photos and see how it goes.

Pretty insane for a non-sport xdrive car with plenty of winter road use evident (undercarriage has been dry ice blasted to attempt to hide the corrosion, but it's there all over the aluminum (oxidation) and some rusty bolts they missed while many of the larger bolts have their surface treatment blasted off them). That price to the buyer is $30,000 * 1.05 = $31,500 plus shipping.

For that price, I'd buy this EAG car since without question it will be in far better condition...far better....not to mention being $2,500 cheaper.

At these prices are these buyers even planning to actually use the car?
You have to wonder.

Maybe we should all split a dry ice machine for when we go to sell ours. The red 2008 he has for sale now was driven in Massachusetts for 10 years, are people that dumb to think it had no corrosion.

Does black interior really come with gray roof lining? Or is it just me?

Headliner?
They all come with gray headliner unless the seats are tan, then it’s tan.
If it’s M sport then it’s black.

Yep, unless they have the M-Sport Package. Then they come with an Anthracite headliner and pillars.

By the way, if anyone is insane enough to buy my: M-Sport, automatic, xDrive E91 (Alpine White over Black), with 147,000 miles...for over high teens...I'm totally on board! Especially if people are buying non-sport xDrives with automatic for stupid prices hahahaa!

Larry tried out a dry ice machine in a recent video. The atomized "crap" is aerosolized/floats everywhere, and anyone doing it better be wearing a quality respirator.
