I have read a lot about how the human body works in that area and there are lot of different "opinions" on that.

I know my problem is that if I eat many times a day, I eat much more calories than I should. Also the more often I eat the faster I get hungry. I basically eat twice per day, I eat lunch at noon and dinner at 8-9 pm. Basically never really hungry (unless I eat carbs which makes my blood sugar fluctuate and makes me hungry in less than 2 hours after the last time I ate). Don't know if that is the right way to do it, but that is the only way I can keep myself from eating 2500-3000 calories a day. And I have lost 40+ pounds like that.

Breakfast would just add the extra calories for my day, my lunch is not any smaller regardless the size of breakfast I have...

Im on the bodybuilding forums. People argue all day long.

Youd need to watch what youre eating to do multiple meals- obviously. Big macs every few hours wouldnt be a good thing.
