I've only seen this happen once in my life while living here. It was really foggy about a month ago. I mean 0 visibility. Drivers had their hazards on and were going 10mph on the five. It amazed me.

i've seen it a lot in east coast.....even tho they are mean sometiems...but at least they are considerate to others behind them....

I remember once when i was on the 10 i hit a patch of water and i was literally in like a waterfall for what felt like forever. Could not see crap and i thought i was going to die and rear end some car. Freaky!
