Thanks! The strategy outlined by Satya 1.5 years ago is now starting to materialize on all fronts. I knew the plan he laid out was the right way to proceed and the steps he has take thus far have been perfect.

I strongly believe this company will lead cloud revenue in short order.

A lot of momentum and potential still untapped with this one. Not to mention the dividends are a nice plus.

My guess is as low as 38-42. Got rid of DWTI when oil (wti) was 45. Right now oil is 43,80, and not gonna go long nor short until oil hits 38-42.

OH shit. Dodged the bullet by 3-4 days.
Good that I got rid of the DWTI. haha

Curious -- what makes you think Microsoft will lead cloud revenue ? Or did you not mean they will topple AWS like I think you meant ? Pretty bold statement if that's what you meant.

He probably meant they have good stream of revenue. I don't know about MSFT leading cloud revenue. This area will saturate out soon enough.

Garage List
2007 BMW 328xi  [0.00]
I work for a construction company for mostly pharmaceutical companies, so I see a lot of new up and coming construction from some of these companies. I only started here a couple of years ago, but I've thought about investing based on who is building more facilities. Granted, the pharmas have been doing well as a whole, but I figure if they're getting new facilities, it might mean they're doing more research.

Here's a list of some of the companies I've seen come across in the past two years:

REGN: ~$200 when I started, now at $571
BMY: ~$30 to $$65
SAN:EN: ~$75 to $90
VRTX: ~$50 to $125
BAX: this one's a little tricky since the stock split, but they are working on some major construction that's going to be complete next year.

P&G is the latest large project that has come through:

If you guys are interested, I'll post if I see anything major come through.

I like VRTX.
PG , historically, steady up for years, and huge 1week drop.
After the drop, PG is a buy for sure/

Oil at 41.53, I bought small block of UWTI at 1:59MT; 1 minutes before market closed. If it is within 1% +/- , I will buy more tomorrow.

Dillards' down
Macy's down

Nordstrom AH down -16%.

Retail getting hammered. Feels like 2008 all over.

I'm late to this thread but someone in shipping logistics told me shipping space is easily available in contrast to the recent past when containers were full.

Past couple of weeks I hit it big with Lincoln Tech stock (LINC) but that rapid gain of tripling initial investment in a few days is over.

Anyway my technique as follows: at 10:30a.m. check the biggest % gainers for the overnight and morning and if the stock is cheap load up.

Just bought more today.
I don't know I will hold UWTI when crude hits 49-51 before June Contract start to trade.

We will see another some fluctuation in oil before June. It mean, we probably have a chance to go SHORT again before June.
