OH SHIT OH SHIT, just got back from the dealer...

They didn't have a 335 Xdrive coupe, but i did get to test drive a sedan.
OMG I FUCKING LOVE IT!!!

They also found me a 2010 AW Coupe w/ Red/Black interior. But with all the extras it's $52,550.

Cold Weather Package
Premium Package
Steptronic Auto Trans
Anti-Theft system
Navi system
iPod & USB adapter
+ Destination charge

They had 7 other AW coupes on there list, but don't remember the interior colors. I go back tomorrow to find out how much I'll get for my E46 and more detailed information about financing it vs leasing.
