You know as well as I do sleep and diet are the most important things for muscle building.

Getting smaller fat wise, I am rearranging my weight as well. The thing with me, is I'm barely starting to get back into it so I will see the most gains right away and level off in a few months. I'm getting back some of my old strength so I'm on track.

i wish we can work out together man. hopefully u'll get a more sane schedule when you get a new job soon hehe

I might land a really good job opportunity with the worst hours possible in a NOC. It's Graveyard I think and working weekends. Only plus is you work 4/10s and 3/36s.

We'll see.

Depends if our days line up haha. Anyways, we'll see. I don't like it but I'll do what I need to do to advance. The pay is good.

It's weird, my friend told me the hours were 10pm-10am but the position says 4pm-1am.
