I know. I wasn't planning on switching anytime soon, but then I saw that and :happyanim

$900 + x upgrade + filter. So $1200 shipped for a LOW LOW 12 maybe even 11 second car

You will gain more with a intake for a car that is running higher boost then one that is running stock or lower boost.

The benefit of this intake is that it utilizes the factory snorkel to take in air as well as not having a airbox to cover the filter. This means air will be coming in from all directions. With more air being crammed into the engine = more combustion=more power. You are likely to see a 15hp gain from your setup.

Downside may be heatsoak during high temperature days, although this is still debatable.
