Installed rear M3 lip spoiler, spacers on front and rear on 19" 313 wheels and painted the wheel hubs black to match, painted front grill, front bumper, and reflectors.

Put the car on a Dyno, 405whp and 436ftlb of torque. Not what i was hoping for, but not at all disappointed. Damn thing is hitting that 436ftlb at only 2800 rpm.

I bought the performance sport shifter first, then decided I needed the alcantara shift boot to match, and THEN decided I simply must have the alcantara performance e brake! So, yep, got em all!

I did also get the sport wheel, sport pedals and M door sills - yeah, I know, the M is a bit poseurish for my car which is not an M version. I get it but I like the look. feel free to flame me!!!!!!!! I also have the front aero lip, so it does look M-ish...and gloss black grills and lower grills.

can't think of any more interior upgrades at this point other than replacing the wood trim, which I won't do since mine is a gray color and I like it.

I wouldn't replace the wood trim. If anything vinyl wrap. It's a little scary at first, but all you need is a good hair dryer or a heat gun and some patience. I vinyl wrapped my chrome trim on the outside of the car. It takes 2 people to do it right and about 8 hours of time.

M-sport door sills.. expensive.

I wish they made a sport version of the door sills.

I have chrome pedals but not M chrome pedals. I also have the black grills & the black fins underneath on the front bumper.

I do have M5/6 167 rims.

The sills weren't awful, $178 new off ebay, OEM of course. I tried to wrap my chrome, didn't work out well. I'm sure you're right about needing two people and patience. A lot of patience! I can never get the curves right and I most likely need bigger sheets for the chrome around where the roof hits the car in back. I did find a local place that can wrap it for $250, which isn't bad. And I did do the M sport pedals because I like the way the rubber looks on them.

The start button is pretty cool. If they had blue, I'd probably buy one.

The Esco 10499's....I'm ok with the flat posts, not the pivoting blocks. The taller ones are a steal, have seen $113 shipped. Cost at least $20 more shipped for the shorter ones, but I figure they'd be easier to work with, being 2" shorter....
