Currently got 20.5K miles.. just about got everything perfect..
Set of BMW perf brakes will go on in the next 6 months or so prob. Already got a set of fronts waiting.

M-sport door sills.. expensive.

I wish they made a sport version of the door sills.

I have chrome pedals but not M chrome pedals. I also have the black grills & the black fins underneath on the front bumper.

I do have M5/6 167 rims.
I tried to wrap mine too. But it didn't work out well. So I decided to ask for a professional help from ********** and it turns out good as what I'm expecting.

Those will be much better than the runflats.

I did a preventative fix in light of the recent recall on the blower motor fan. Basically the wiring to the blower motor gets so hot that the insulation deteriorates and causes shorts, posing a potential fire hazard. You only need a T20 and a few minutes to access the wires so it's worth inspecting at a minimum. Follow steps 1-3 in this guide (the wiring harness in question is identified in step 5):

http://www.pelicanparts.com/BMW/tech..._Replacing.htm

Luckily my wiring was fine:

I unwrapped the tape and wrapped each wire in electrical tape:

For additional protection I also used a cable sleeve on each wire:

Plugged in:

Even though my wiring was still intact, you can see the sound insulation damaged by the wiring's heat:

For good measure I put a piece of foil tape over that spot:

This is a temporary thing until I know the actual fix that BMW is doing under the recall (if any?)

Headlight went out, so I replaced them both with Osram CBIs. They look great!

But oh my god. Worst headlight design ever. Removing the freaking wheel well to get to them is insanely tedious. Huge design fail.

Swapped out rear differential pumpkin. Sprung a massive leak in the pinon shaft on the original and started making jet engine noise and smelling diff oil burning on exhaust. 500 bucks later no sound or smell.
