what is just as important...if you eat the wrong thing, it won't help. I was just breaking it down to a finer level of detail

and yes, carbs in the morning to give you energy for the day and protein to assist in building new muscle after. still, you should still eat some protein in the morning.

ya. or buy an older home that's excluded from the mello roos. Aliso Viejo has some nice condos/townhomes/houses like that. Laguna Niguel doesn't have Mello Roos for the most part.
