my plan for cardio will be jiujitsu once im back in shape. that or cardio kickboxing.

but yea, treadmill is boring. if u go in the itunes store, search nike+. There's a lot of people who make power mixes there. It's a lot of work, but they come up with some interesting songs.

I have Eye of the Tiger on one of my mixes...

Enimem has some good workout songs...

no, coz i eat dinner at home and my mom's cooking is really heavy, so add 3k cal's right there.

I'm trying to speed up my metabolism by having smaller meals more often. i still drink boba and shit like that, which is bad.
basically trying to eat healthy when i can (away from home or gf)

Seemed like an older place (like its been there for a while), but it's on red hill and mitchell (a street over from red hill and walnut)

chicken breast is ideal after a workout...natural source of protein (35-40g) and low in fat
