Wow - the forum got busy today!

My $0.03:

Vegas is fun, but I'm always amazed when people find things to do there without being 21+. Then again, I drink and gamble, so I'm biased.

I was there for New Year's last year and the party on the strip was quite the experience. Most of the hotels on the strip are gated up, so you can't get into them or on their grounds unless you're a guest and the primary activity is drinking and the pursuit of more things to drink.

The M3 would be an amazing ride, but I'll agree with the others that the financial security is better in the long run.

Is Five Guys really that good or is it just a convenient, relatively good burger joint?

I'll have to give it a try. I don't plan on meeting you guys on Friday but just out of curiosity, which one do you generally go to?

I know I know! Its just gonna be difficult driving something thats not as fast, or handles this well.

I work in the service department. Titled as "warranty coder". Just charge BMW for the work we do.

I know, I'm boring and old(er).
Did your Honda ride or drive the way your 330 does? Then the extra money was worth it

I dont drink, and hate the smell of smoke. I love just seeing all the cool stuff down in Vegas.

Definitely wish I could get the M3, but its not on my list right now. Gotta start and finish College first.

Amen to the handling comment - check out the Top Gear M3 vs. IS-F video on Bimmerfile (or on YouTube). I love Jeremy Clarkson's comment on driving a Lexus, which is applicable to most Japanese imports, " . . . like sitting in a bucket of warm wallpaper paste reading a Jane Austin novel."

I can't stand the smoke either. Fortunately, many of the better casinos are segregating sections and tables these days!

I hear you on the handling and the experience of the BMW over the Honda, no doubt. There's just something about looking at my Savings account balance and it having $30k+ more money in there than it did after having bought it.

I'm interested in selling my 330xi, if you're at all interested. I've driven both the 335 and 330 and clearly the 335 is far more of a rocket ship than the 330 but I really do like the drive of the 330 and liked the idea of AWD for our winters. I couldn't get a 335xi anywhere near what I paid for my 330xi. At that point, the 335xi had barely come out so now used ones were available.

I may show up to Five Guys on Friday at 11:30ish. I'm guessing I'll see your cars there if I do.

You do! It's great for resale value and you live at the mouth of the canyon. Buy it!

I'll take it out before you buy it!
