Almost St. Paddy's day and I had a pound of ground lamb in the freezer. Thought about Shepherd's Pie, but lamb can be a bit gamey, so I used 1/2 lamb and 1/2 Wagyu. Topped with horseradish mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes. I call it Shepherd's Cottage Pie. With some sprouts and a nice local Syrah. Wife declared it "best ever".
