The dealership has told me that my car is in the port and that they do not believe it will be there for the first week of November as initially stated, that it is waiting for the ship and they have not told me any estimated date...

My dealer told me that once car is produced it takes around 2 months to come to Slovenia.

Yes, that is more or less what they told me when I ordered it in April, but it seems that they have logistical problems in bringing them to Europe. I have read here a guy from Belgium, I think he ordered it in December of the year 22, they manufactured it around May of the year 23 and his last socialization was that he received it this December... so I am a little afraid of what may happen, a familiar waited a year and a half for his series 4 received it 3 weeks ago..

Was anyone in 'Final Assembly' for more than 3 or 4 days?

I was reading that part of Final Assembly is where they test out the vehicle to make sure everything is good.

Yep it’s me ! Car produced since 29th May. Every month it is the same loop « car is on the boat, it coming for x date…oh sorry we don’t understand why car is not yet here ». If I don’t received it after my vacancies of November and if don’t received any compensation I Will cancel my order!!! Not acceptable to received a new car 7 months after the production, crazy

I hope they deliver it to you soon and you get a great discount!! I hope I don't have to cancel the order because the only car I'm excited about now is the one I configured.

Does anyone have any information on when the next ship from Veracruz (edit: Altamira) to Baltimore is supposed to dock into Veracruz (edit: Altamira)?

I've been at 165 for 4-5 weeks, getting a bit antsy.

Week 36 build, ready for transport for 4 weeks now, car going to performance center, I assume we will be on the same ship? Genius was of no help.

Bingo, Week 35 build here. ~5 weeks at 165 as of today. Car is going to be heading into the Baltimore port (not sure if that’s where the VPC is for you).

Genius line has no idea, dealer has been helpful and is doing their best to find out more info.

I was told today by my salesman that, per an area/general manager, it’s either sitting at the port or on the lot to the side of the port, so I guess that’s better than being stuck at the factory. From the sounds of it, the Mexico SLP plant is really awful at paperwork, and they have seen cars show up at Baltimore before Mexico marks as shipped.

Question is, when is the next ship coming? The one to the EU left on Monday. Anyone have a subscription that can check ports of call?

I’ll do some more digging as well.

So the Glovis Cardinal left Altamira port at 11AM (about 14 hours ago) setting sail for Brunswick, then to Baltimore. Here's hoping our cars are inside of her!

To our EU brothers waiting for the long voyage, the Drive Green Highway appears to be doing laps for fun whilst waiting for port into Altamira after sailing out of Veracruz a few days ago.

Yeah DGH has been anchored outside Altamira since Monday so don't know what the problem is

Mine has been in "Ready for Transport" since the 5th of October. Maybe we get on the next RORO? My client adviser said it should be at the dealer in Mobile, AL before December.
