Romaine, chicken, fresh bacon bits, parmesan petals and Cesar dressing.

Pasta Leftover

Not sure what it's called. I learned that from my Landlady in Germany.

Melted raclette cheese over mash potatoes and ham. Normally you would used cured Westphalia ( Similar to a prosciutto ) ham but I made due with what I had.

It certainly sticks to your ribs.

That was my go to supermarket (as well as Aldi and Morrisons) when I did a couple of work stint in Barrow in Furness (also known as the longest cul-de-sac in the UK). They had Scotch at half the price we pay here

I try to stick to a low fat low sugar diet eating more white meat, fish and keeping the red meat at a minimum. At my local Tesco they have a gas station also with Costco just half mile away so the tesco is handy for small things where Costco is mostly in bulk.
