so you know... funny story happened to me last week. so i go to vegas on friday and somehow pass the 15. drove 600 miles from CA to vegas basically. i almost went to henderson and saved myself 200 miles, but some STUPID lady at a gas station off the 95 gave me wrong directions... so instead of driving straight north to henderson/vegas, i basically backtracked east on the 40 back to barstow then to vegas. most horrible fail of my life. just thought i'd share.

then on the way back from vegas, i discovered the rental kia accent had sat radio! you can imagine how bad the drive to vegas was. well, point was, i nearly visited you in henderson, nv.

after this 'journey' i had an epiphamy, thinking "i want to go on a road trip." If I were on track to a goal, that drive wouldn't have been as terrible. probably would have been fun. also, if i had my bimmer, the trip wouldn't have been bad at all. gps would have saved me, and even if it didn't, i would have made the trip at least 1.5 hours faster. :frustrated: hell, i would have settled for just having cruise control... cheap kia... :angry:

that trip made me appreciate my e90 so much.... you can only imagine how much... and i don't know how i missed the 15. ;( hopefully someone is entertained by this fail.

Funniest bit so far is that the 2 pictures on the ticket show me going the same speed, even though my brake lights are on, and it's obvious that I slowed down....but not that I stopped. I was probably going 5MPH.

Yeah... obviously that dude didn't stop. The car was moving the whole time, although I don't see a "no turn on red" sign there and they stopped long enough to continue to drive safely and there was no one crossing the crosswalk. Kinda dumb if you get a ticket for that IMO.

i got a similar ticket last year. made a right on stop sign without yielding. but there was a car to the left of me going straight, so in theory he was pretty much blocking me from any cars. i saw there were no pedestrians crossing either(what the cop argued). albet i probably deserved my ticket a little more than you, it was BS. And if there were pedestrians, i definiately would have been able to stop in time.
