that m3 front is about 1600 shipped to chicago. at that price you can get a full mtech kit for the e90

Pretty much, and you have to be active in tracking your car, having it in shows, or be in a car club to get the word out.

It is custom but this was for stage 1. He will upgrade you to stage 2 and/or 3 for free. This is what you need for the stages:

Stage 1 - stock car no mods needed.
Stage 2 - intake, cat back exhaust.
Stage 3 - intake, downpipes with at least high flow cats, catback exhaust, FMIC.
