In 4-6 gear from about 3k rpm if I give it full gas I hear the blow off valve rapidly going off and getting a 30FE overboost code. Any ideas from this log?

I keep getting cylinder injection cutoff when trying to do my 3rd gear pull for custom tune

fbo n54, e40, walbro 450, ebay hpfp, inlets/outlets, and stage1 turbo

Trying to do revisions on my custom tune base map - 3rd gear 2000 RPM to Cylinder Injection Cutoff

Tuner said it's my LPFP but I had it tested, and physically inspected in the shop and it looked good.

Ideally you want to see the HPFP above 1500psi+ During your wot run.

Yep, i've read above 60 LPFP and low 1000s for HPFP. Can plugs/coils/injectors cause HPFP to dip that low?

Injectors were tested for leaks and spray, came back good values, but they are the OEM ones with 167k miles

Hello, i have the Problem, that i feel light stutters when in 4th gear or higher with 70% throttle and above. Injectors, coils and plugs are new and the car didnt threw any codes. Now sometimes i get 2aaf, 2fca and 2fda. Today I did a 4th gear pull to make a log, no problems besides the slight stutters. I drove off the Autobahn, floored it in 2nd gear and got the 3 codes I just told you plus 29DC, 2ABC and 3100. Gladly the log was still Recording, but my question is, is the hpfp or lpfp the culprit?

Under light acceleration, my blow-off valve opens and closes rapidly and sounds like air is escaping. WGDC is under 10 at these times then I get a 30FE code. Any ideas?

Maybe your boost solenoids playing up,

Got rid of my overboosting by replacing them.

Why is my wgdc always around 50-60 when driving normal in 1.5k and when i go wot its like 30-40% stage 0
is it normal that the wgdc is so high while cruising? had no problems but i wonder why and so i dont have a loud exhaust sound bc of the wastegate

Wouldn't worry about it, WGDC varies and 50% isn't high anyway. Do you have wastegate rattle?

no i have 0 wastegate rattle but so i dont have exhaust burbles bc the wastegate is much close and dont let the sound coming out of the exhaust… but car runs pretty strong in stage 0 and stage 1 is pretty good but no exhaust burble…

Probably more to due with your burble settings than anything. Unless you have have catless downpipes, safer to turn burbles off. I tried burbles for shits and giggles and fuel consumption tanked, which I kind of expected but I've got the stock cats on and don't want to destroy them with pops and bangs, so I turned them off completely. Plus I found them a bit gimmicky

yea ur right i have catted pipes but i have soft burble and only 1sec but its after i flashed stage 1, before that my car bangs really nice but now not anymore

First time that i try the v7.1 STAGE 1+ 93 oct.
Until now I was on V10 stage 1 E50.
Log it after 100km of ride after reset adaptation.
Car run fine, V7.1 is less powerfull than v10 and target less boost&timing but logs looks good with no to little timing corrections.
I Keep runing this map and will make another log.

The peak boost at low rpm make this map very pleasant for dayli drive even if top end is not as powerfull as V10....

Seem's that my massive post shift timing corrections disapear too but i have to make more log to confirm that point.

My 335i having low boost too

I have a stage 1 MHD 335i 07 n54 with charge pipe bov , dci, new vacuum lines, new boost solenoids, new coils and most of my maintenance done. When I daily drive my car my car never hits boost unless I hit the gas almost WOT. And even then it makes like 2-7 psi. I need help
