Heard back from Andrew. They couldn't give me the full amount for the car, not 100% sure why but I called my pops and he said he would co-sign with me. So now i'm waiting to hear back from them again.

I was a bit bummed out, but hopefully this works.

I dont have any credit/debts open (besides the E46 which they were advised that it would be satisfied once i confirm the approval of the lease).
I make decent money.
I live in a house that is paid off and owned by family, so i dont pay any rent.

The only thing i can think of, is they seen the Tax Lien on my credit, but that is currently being disputed. But i doubt it shows that as a status.
The story behind that is; back in 06 i picked up an S2000 that needed some work and i got it for a damn good price, and they say i should have paid more taxes on that car then what I did. So they believe i got the car for a lot more then what i listed it as.

I'm almost sure, i showed them a bill of sale when i took the title to DMV. But they are asking for a copy of that now and if its legit then they will remove the lien and i dont have to pay them the taxes. But i cant find those the papers, nor do i remember the name of the guy (It was in Missouri). I'm hopping the DMV can look up the previous owners information and i can find him that way.

But anyway, i hope to hear back from him sometime today.

DAMN!!!!! Well with pops on there you are sure to get it. How old are you? I hate to say it, but this actually plays a lil role in the bankers decision making although it shouldnt!
