That's interesting, I haven't had any issues with spark yet but I'm also completely stock compared to your setup. I'm hesitant on doing anything with this car because of my experience with the audi.. Time will tell though, My first upgrade that I would do would be charge pipe/BOV combo..

I kept having lean conditions all the time when I had no leaks anywhere in my system (This occurred for four years) and I had replaced all sensors (02's ect..) with new ones, So I was working on this car on a weekly basis which made me go crazy and waste a lot of time. I do think that my tune file was corrupted but in order to have it verified through APR I had to dish out 200$ to have it registered under my name then whatever the cost of re-flashing the tune. The car was approaching 300,000km's when this was happening so I didn't want to put anymore money into, good thing I didn't because my tranny took a shit on me.. lol

I also broke the tensioner where you insert the torx bit, I had to use a pry bar to push it back and there's a small hole where you can insert a very small punch or something similar to hold the tensioner back. While I was prying it back I also broke the nipple off of the top radiator hose... I replaced the hose and everything seems to be good! No more noise coming from the pulley either.
The upper and lower what? Hoses? Just curious..

Sorry, I meant the upper and lower idler pulleys. Instead of buying new ones I just took them off and soaked the bearings with penetrating/lubricating fluid.
I fixed the original post, thanks for pointing that out

Yeah I liked the car a lot at first and the motor itself never let me down, it's just everything around it and it was most likely my tune that messed things up but I didn't want to spend any more money/time into it.

After having my oil changed at the stealership, the technician said I needed brakes all around, and have a oil pan gasket leak. Took it to my Indy to have it checked out. My Indy said the stealership was trying to make money on unnecessary repairs. My E90 doesn’t need brakes, nor is my oil pan gasket leaking. Such CROOKS.

The stealership has a $79.99 oil change special, and it’s closer to my house. Indy chanrges $100.00. I’m sure the Indy will match the stealership price if I ask.
